24-hour policy for all seasons except the Noosa Triathlon: 

It is free to cancel up until 2 pm the day before your scheduled arrival. For example, if you are booked in for a Saturday night, then you must cancel by 2 pm on Friday to avoid a charge.

The full accommodation charge will be processed from 2 pm the day before arrival on your designated credit card supplied to us.

 NOOSA TRIATHLON 14 Days 50% 

 A non-refundable deposit of one 50% accommodation will be taken 14 days before your arrival date. The full accommodation charge will be processed on your designated credit card supplied to us.

Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for early departure once you have checked in with us.

In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full amount of the accommodation booking.
